I was fortunate to reconnect with Chris in1988, my business in the SF area was expanding & Chris was very helpful with some technical aspects of the proposed construction. It was truly a delight to exchange our reviews of our favorite California cabernet, he was a solid Napa Valley guy, I a Sonoma Valley fan, we also found out both enjoyed big game hunting & shared many common experiences over a glass or two of fine wine.
In 2000 I retired to a ranch in Central Oregon & a few times on the phone & email we discussed getting together for an Alaska moose hunt, our schedules never worked out, but I know it would have been a great time. Chris was so proud of his wife, daughter & son. He is dearly missed.
